Discovery Requests
(For attorney use only)
For attorneys requesting information from the Shelby Township Police Department for cases undergoing court action, please complete the Discovery Request fillable form to expedite processing.
After your information is compiled, it will be forwarded to the appropriate prosecuting attorney’s office. At that time, you will be notified to contact the Township Attorney’s Office or the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office to obtain your materials.
